These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Gerbang88 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms set out below in their entirety.

To register and maintain an Account with Gerbang88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
4.1 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.
4.2 Gerbang88 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of one or more of the following documents:
4.3 Gerbang88 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. Gerbang88 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.
Use a unique, strong password for your Gerbang88 Account that you do not use on any other platform. Enable any two-factor authentication features made available in your account settings. Report any suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately at [email protected].
5.1 Gerbang88 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect.
5.2 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your Account. General indicative ranges are: e-wallets RM10 – RM5,000; DuitNow RM50 – RM50,000; FPX RM50 – RM30,000; online banking RM30 – RM30,000.
5.3 Gerbang88 does not charge deposit processing fees. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
5.4 Deposits made using payment methods that are not registered in the Player's name will be declined or reversed. Gerbang88 does not accept third-party or anonymous payment sources.
5.5 Gerbang88 does not extend credit. Players may only wager funds that have been successfully deposited and credited to their Account balance.
6.1 Players may request withdrawal of Available Balance at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable Wagering Requirements, KYC verification, and the absence of any account restriction flags.
6.2 Withdrawal processing targets are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes under normal conditions; DuitNow and FPX within 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank transfer within 15 to 60 minutes. These are target processing windows — not contractual guarantees — and may be affected by third-party payment processor conditions or scheduled maintenance windows.
6.3 Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is: (a) registered in the same name as the Gerbang88 Account holder; and (b) the same or equivalent method used for the most recent deposit, except where Gerbang88 authorises an alternative in writing.
6.4 Gerbang88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until satisfactory documentation is received.
6.5 Withdrawal amounts arising wholly or in part from Bonus funds are subject to the Maximum Cash-out limits specified in the applicable Bonus Terms. Exceeding the Maximum Bet limits during a bonus-active session may result in forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings.
7.1 Gerbang88 offers promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral incentives, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific Bonus Terms that are displayed at the point of offer acceptance.
7.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific Bonus Terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:
7.3 Gerbang88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any evidence of Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and balances, and may result in permanent account closure.
8.1 All sports betting markets — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, the Malaysia Cup, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and UFC — are subject to Gerbang88's Sports Betting Rules, which constitute a supplementary part of this Agreement.
8.2 All casino game results are determined by independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-run statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
8.3 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Gerbang88 reserves the right to void bets that have been accepted in error, subject to a manifest error clause.
8.4 Gerbang88 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout caps, and minimum bet requirements on any market or game at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Where a bet has been accepted at odds or terms that are clearly and demonstrably incorrect as a result of a technical error, pricing feed failure, or human error — Gerbang88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. Gerbang88 will communicate such voiding decisions to affected Players within 72 hours.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Gerbang88 Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:
10.1 Gerbang88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities; (c) the Player has provided false registration information; or (d) the Player's continued use of the Platform poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to Gerbang88.
10.2 Upon closure of an Account for cause, Gerbang88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that the Player's conduct has caused financial harm to Gerbang88 or third parties, the withheld balance may be applied against any resulting losses or penalties.
10.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the Gerbang88 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Available Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
10.4 Players who have requested Self-Exclusion under Gerbang88's Responsible Gambling programme will have their Accounts permanently closed and access blocked. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Gerbang88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software.
11.2 Gerbang88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from: (a) temporary Platform downtime or technical disruptions; (b) delays or failures in third-party payment processing by Malaysian banks or e-wallet providers; (c) Player decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform; or (d) any unauthorised access to or use of the Player's Account where the Player has failed to exercise reasonable care over their credentials.
11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gerbang88's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arises.
11.4 Nothing in this clause shall operate to limit or exclude Gerbang88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12.1 All content on the Gerbang88 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, design elements, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the property of Gerbang88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and recreational betting purposes. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, modifying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any Platform content; reverse-engineering or extracting the source code of any Platform software; or using the Gerbang88 brand, logo, or trademark in any external communication without prior written consent.
13.1 The collection, storage, and processing of personal data by Gerbang88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to Gerbang88 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
13.3 Gerbang88 does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. Personal data is shared with third parties only where necessary for payment processing, identity verification, and regulatory compliance — and only with partners who maintain equivalent data protection standards.
14.1 Gerbang88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform offers Players access to deposit limit controls, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools within their Account dashboard.
14.2 Participation on the Platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. Gerbang88 cooperates with organisations providing gambling support and encourages any Player who believes they may have a gambling problem to seek assistance. 14.3 Self-exclusion requests may be submitted to the Gerbang88 support team at any time. Upon activation, access to the Platform will be blocked for the elected exclusion period and cannot be reversed for that duration.
15.1 Gerbang88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Gerbang88 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the registered Account address.
15.2 The amended Terms & Conditions will be effective from the date of publication on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15.3 If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact the support team to close your Account.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which Gerbang88 holds its operational licence.
16.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, Players are encouraged to first contact the Gerbang88 support team to seek an informal resolution. Gerbang88 will endeavour to address all Player complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
16.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
16.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
